lot of French coins
Hello, I would like to know what to do when you buy a lot of coins that you have examined closely and then realize that there are certain interesting dates, and when you receive your order the coins are not there? Because that’s what happened to me recently when buying a lot of coins from a new seller-buyer. Thanks for shedding some light on the subject

In this case it is a delivery that does not match the order, so you need to make a return request for everything:

OP1 year agoGood evening, thank you for your reply but considering that I received the order of coin parts and I know that when I sorted through it I did not find the 2 francs morlon 1935 as well as the 20 centimes 1944 in zinc, I asked the new seller if it was him who had prepared the order considering that the coins had been vacuum-sealed, very well packed and he answered me yes. So for me either he put them in with the intention of attracting a future sucker and then removed them and at that point, the person is dishonest. It is the first time this has happened to me, to come across this kind of scam.

If the seller is not willing to admit the "oversight" and to offer you, on their own initiative, partial compensation, returning it (with a full refund) is the only solution (otherwise you keep what you received and write off the missing items).
