1 tub of cream missing from the package
hello everyone. my husband placed an order without signing up to surprise me and now it was him who got it, there’s 1 pot of cream missing. no way to contact ebay or the seller. for a first order on ebay I’m really disappointed. how do you contact ebay without having registered. if someone has the answer please 😢 😁

Regarding a missing item on a delivered order, you will need to make a return request, since the delivery does not match the order (the seller may offer a partial refund, send the missing jar, or ask you to return what was received for a full refund).
