the people paid via eBay but didn't confirm pickup
they've been satisfied for several weeks and everything is blocked

·1 year ago"the people paid ebay but didn't validate the pickup" = they don't have anything to validate, on the other hand they were supposed to give you a code when they picked it up, a code that YOU then have to enter on the site...
