Meyer Optik DOMIPLAN 2.8/50mm lens
Summary: djed-4239 bought a lens on eBay in March, hoping it would come with a Nikon adapter. The seller refused to provide the adapter and relisted the product, despite refund requests. koalagris mentions that the deadline to open a dispute has passed, while Anonymous User suggests looking for an adapter elsewhere. djed-4239 expresses frustration over a bad buying experience.
Good evening, on March 28, I bought a lens from Hektoplast, mentioned in the subject. It was stated that it could be adapted to several mounts, with an adapter. After the purchase, I therefore asked for the Nikon adapter, and the seller replied that he does not sell adapters. So I asked for a refund, but he is turning a deaf ear and is putting the product back up for sale!! So, I can't contact Ebay, because for them, they can't find any purchase with the item number. Has anyone had this kind of problem?? Thank you for your feedback.

·3 years agoHello,
You should have checked whether your seller had the adapter before buying.
Since it's too late to ask ebay to intervene, the only solution left is to try to find an adapter elsewhere.

OP3 years agoHello, indeed, in the listing, it was specified that it was adaptable for the Nikon mount. But I thought the seller would add the adapter. As soon as I bought it, I reacted, but the seller dragged things out and put the item back up for sale. I asked to have the item sent to me, having paid for it, so I could find an adapter elsewhere, as you pointed out to me. But, well, I dealt with a not very honest seller, for my first purchase on EBAY, it's a bad experience! Thank you for your reply!! Kind regards.

The deadline to open a dispute on ebay is 30 days, so it is now too late.
