I've pre-ordered an item that was coming out two months later from a seller. In the end, they sent nothing and didn't provide any shipping information. But the site is telling me that this purchase is no longer covered by the 30-day guarantee and that the seller has therefore been paid, but my only recourse is the guarantee from my payment method.... but not eBay's. What recourse do I have? Thanks in advance
