Hello, an order placed on September 4th (pre-order.) here’s the problem: the seller gives me tracking numbers from this carrier (not great), and it’s impossible to track the parcel every time, and this has been going on for 2 weeks, it’s the same story... "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference Please try again tomorrow." I am. On the verge of a dispute with this seller, in short, I have no guarantee of receiving my item !!!! My question is very simple... Will I receive my parcel even without tracking ???? And above all, when? (I don’t have a crystal ball.)

I’ll probably close my account with you, I no longer trust your site.
We don’t own anything, and for the rest, reading the T&Cs would have clarified the guarantees offered by the site: And you claim that eBay has a delivery date of less than 30 days after purchase, okay well then you’re going to have to check
What you were told is that the eBay guarantee lasted 30 days, not that some smart alecks were taking pre-orders three months out

Ebay allows a preorder provided that it has a delivery date less than 30 days after purchase...
After that deadline, there is no direct recourse through the site.
As a result, you end up dealing with your seller and if they are not reliable, you can possibly consider legal means to get your money back (if the amount is worth it...)...
and/or check with the insurance for your payment method (card or paypal if used... )

OP10 months agoI ordered on September 4 for a 3-month pre-order!!! And you claim that eBay has a delivery date of less than 30 days after purchase, okay well then you're going to have to keep a better eye on your sellers!!!!! I couldn't have known, you know, this is getting ridiculous with you guys (your little smile) it could cost me more than 150 euros!!!!!!
