Hello, an order placed on September 4th (pre-order.) here’s the problem: the seller gives me tracking numbers from this carrier (not great), and it’s impossible to track the parcel every time, and this has been going on for 2 weeks, it’s the same story... "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference Please try again tomorrow." I am. On the verge of a dispute with this seller, in short, I have no guarantee of receiving my item !!!! My question is very simple... Will I receive my parcel even without tracking ???? And above all, when? (I don’t have a crystal ball.)
