eBay customer service
Has anyone managed to contact eBay customer service? I received an item and had asked for a return. But I was late and the seller opened a dispute yesterday. I contested it and sent the item today. But I’m receiving a message saying my dispute has been canceled and a message I can’t reply to from Yassine repeating the same thing. But I have already sent the item back. I’d like to get a refund, knowing that I paid the shipping costs

well, returns are within the eBay framework and with a given return period
so in your case, it's dead
