INSUFFICIENT PERFORMANCE RATE

On DEC 20 I receive a message "insufficient performance rate" that I consider inappropriate: 100% positive ratings, 101 followers, 1 return out of 186 sales, top reliability seller, disputes without resolution: 0.00%, 935 items sold, etc............
I was away for 20 days and since the day before yesterday, counted as blocked, limited to 520 items when I have 1450?

The reason in 2023 I could not deliver 6 items (missing or damaged, having chosen not to deliver items damaged by overflow from a gutter due to catastrophic rainfall on July 7, 2023)
for what reason is the seller the target of ebay? I do not understand when the amount of fees paid to Ebay is far from negligible!

You are the victim of an algorithm .Your canceled sales are responsible for this restriction ..Check with customer service to see if there is any way to fix it
