Hello everyone,
Looking at my sales summary for the month of March, I’m wondering whether refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds are included in the total sales shown by eBay.
For example, if I sold €1000 worth of items and refunded an order for €100, does the total stay at €1000 (and I have to do the subtraction myself), or does eBay automatically show a net total of €900?

de quel "bilan de ventes" parlez-vous ?
Il existe plusieurs possibilités d'avoir le montant des ventes sur le site (rapports du hub vendeur, facture fiscale, relevé financier, graphiques et j'en passe...). Merci d'être plus précis.

OP1 year agoDans l'espace "Mon Ebay", "Aperçu", "Ventes". Le total des ventes, frais de vente et ventes nettes apparaît pour une période choisie. Ma question concerne le montant affiché dans le "Total des ventes"

·1 year agoLe total des ventes tient bien compte des éventuels remboursements.
Par contre, il faut parfois un petit délai pour que cela soit pris en compte (maximum 24 heures)
