MR compensation procedure
Hello, I'm completely lost, first sale, package lost... I've bought the eBay "standard" label, the MR tracking clearly says package lost, compensation in progress (so I suppose through EBAY). But where do I go to report all this and see if it's really in progress? I can't find anything on the site, the chat, nobody responds there, it's a real pain, you'd think it's done on purpose so they don't have to compensate... Thanks in advance

Package never arrived at the Mondial Relay pickup point. eBay closes the dispute and doesn’t refund my package. It prefers to rely on the FedEx document saying the package was delivered.
Hello community, I’m sharing my case to get your advice or the help of an eBay moderator, because both the dispute service and PayPal have closed my case automatically. The problem: Routing issue: The package was diverted to a local shop. Mondial Relay confirms in its system that a ticket was generated on July 27 at 3:52 p.m., but that no physical parcel was ever scanned or received at the store. The merchant confirmed to me that they never had it. FedEx proof not admissible: The FedEx document says “Delivered to: Receptionist/Front Desk” and “Signed by: H.EZION”. There is no signature from me, no pickup code, and no ID check. In addition, the document contradicts itself (mention of a delivery on 29/07 in the header, but a 30/07 stamp on the scanned document). Closure: eBay and then PayPal rejected my requests based on the “Delivered” status of the tracking number, without looking at the contents of the document, which nevertheless proves that it was handed over to an unauthorized third party. Legally (art. L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code) as well as under the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, delivery is only considered compliant once the buyer has physically taken possession of the item. How can I escalate this case to a human agent or to eBay’s second-level dispute team before having to pursue the bank chargeback to completion? Thanks in advance for your feedback and experience.

Weight scam with packlink?
Hello, are there currently scams involving emails warning of an overweight parcel sent via Mondial Relay through the Packlink platform? In my example, the parcel, which was declared as 1 kg, would actually weigh 6 kg and require an extra €4.42. Also, the parcel number does not match any of the ones I’ve sent in recent months. This still smells like a phishing scam and data theft involving one of the companies Ebay, Mondial Relay or Packlink...

Mondial Relay: international delivery
Hello everyone, I can't seem to configure a Mondial Relay shipping condition for eligible countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal). For France, no problem, the buyer chooses their pickup point directly during the purchase. Thanks for your help!

Package stuck at the eBay International Shipping center: What should I do?
Hello, I'm having a problem with an order shipped from the United Kingdom to France via eBay International Shipping , and I'd like to know if any of you have already run into this situation. The package was indeed delivered to the eBay international hub in the UK (in Corby NORTHAMPTONSHIRE). The eBay tracking shows “Item arrived at hub” since September 18, 2026 , but since then, nothing: no further update, no shipment to France, and no new international tracking number. I have contacted Evri, the carrier that took the package to the eBay hub, as well as eBay customer support several times. In particular, I spoke with 4 different agents via eBay chat. Each time, I was told that the issue would be passed on to the "relevant department", and then they abruptly close the conversation. It's impossible to get a case number, confirmation that it has been escalated, or a way to contact the eBay International Shipping team directly. Has anyone ever had a package stuck for several days at the eBay International Shipping hub? Is there a way to contact or actually get the eBay International Shipping team involved so they can investigate a package stuck at their hub? Thanks in advance for your feedback and help.

Difference in delivery options and rates between two eBay accounts
Hello everyone, We have two eBay accounts in the same household. On my partner’s account, eBay automatically suggests shipping rates (Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop, La Poste; etc...) based on weight when listing an item. She has never set up a rate table or entered any prices, and yet these rates appear automatically. On my side, these rates never appear: the fields stay empty and I have to manually enter the shipping costs for each listing, despite identical settings. In addition, when I go to the carriers’ websites to check the prices based on weight, I see that the public rates are higher than the ones automatically shown to my partner. This confirms that her account benefits from eBay negotiated rates , while mine does not. Support tells me that both accounts work the same way, but that is clearly not the case. Does anyone know why one account enables automatic calculation + negotiated rates, and the other doesn’t? Thanks for your help. Thierry

Has the delivery form changed?
Hello, since this morning I can’t find the usual form to put an item up for sale. In any case, at the end of the form and regarding delivery, I can’t find options like Colissimo and Mondial Relais anymore; I end up with fields to fill in, with conditions to imagine — you have to be an engineer to make sense of it. So for now I’m stuck in draft because the simplicity of creating a listing has disappeared since I can’t finalize my listing. If a kind soul comes by, they can tell me whether by mistake I checked something I shouldn’t have in the settings?

Be fore ordering I also asked, of course: how much would shipping to France cost? how much would the French taxes cost?
