2nd delivery after return
Summary: sanchorio2012 is having a problem with a returned package because the customer didn’t pick it up in time. They want to resend the package and are looking for a way to charge the customer for this second delivery. koalagris advises finding an alternative payment method for the extra shipping costs, since it’s not possible to send the invoice via eBay. They also advise against using cash on delivery, which is considered unsuitable in this case.
Hello.
I had a package delivered by Colissimo that the customer did not pick up on time at the shop-to-shop point.
The package came back to me, undamaged.
After getting in touch with the customer, we agreed that I would send the package back to them.
How can I charge my customer for this second delivery?
Is it possible to create a new delivery slip and send the invoice to the customer via eBay?
Thanks for your replies.
Best regards.

"Is there the possibility of creating a new delivery note and sending the invoice to the customer via ebay ?" = no
You will need to agree on a payment method with the buyer (bank transfer, paypal, cheque, etc) to collect the new shipping costs, and buy the shipping label directly from the carrier.
Best regards

It’s true that this probably doesn’t happen very often. I’ll look into it with the buyer and a carrier. It’s hard to find cash on delivery shipping these days. Thanks again...
