Yesterday I tried to buy a sound mixing console from a Chinese seller.
In his listing it says "free délivery": what does that really mean?

how much would shipping to France cost?
how much would the French taxes cost?
Immediate reply: "no, sorry" even though two copies are available on his site

He replied that he didn't know... which is understandable...
You have to count 20% VAT + other customs clearance fees.. so round it up to +/- 30% and the surprise will be a little less unpleasant for a few € more or less...
