I bought an item in the USA on June 11, shipped via eBay international shipping. Tracking shows that the item is somewhere between the USPS center in Carol Stream, Il, and the DHL eCommerce one that must be nearby, since June 14. There are sometimes delays (I buy a lot in the USA), but this time it’s abnormal. I contacted the seller (by the way, there’s no longer any way to contact them by going through the item number... well done, eBay!), but is there anything else to do to get such a situation unstuck? There is no USPS tracking number, the DHL tracking number does not return any item (probably not scanned). Is there an eBay contact point? After all, it’s THEIR program...
