Yes, I saw... But it was mainly to remind everyone (once again! ) of one of the basic rules of remote buying: you find out how the site works (the procedures) and you respect the deadlines to pay, send, or even complain if necessary....
Incidentally, we remember that a "forum", even if it "does a service", is not a "service", it's a space made available to free contributors who are often able to say "how to do it". But they won't do anything in your place, or in the site's place.
