My European customers have had the choice between Mondial Relay and international Colissimo for years.
For some time now, they’ve been paying me based on Mondial Relay, but in the shipping method I can no longer find Mondial Relay and it costs me practically double to send the package.

In my sales settings, I see Mondial Relay for my sales in France, but they no longer appear for my sales to the countries listed on Mondial Relay.
The only option offered is Packlink (Other economical international shipping) Best regards, Patrick

Okay, I understand. If I remember correctly, this had already been reported and other eBay members were doing the same as you by selecting "Other international shipping".
However, that doesn't explain why once the buyer has chosen this shipping method it costs you double.
Why are you "forced" to send it by Colissimo instead of Mondial Relay?

It's a recurring problem at eBay (cf. 2025 bug).
I don't understand how they manage to break a process that was working well, unless you're dealing with amateurs. I would understand if it were a new process being tested, but that's not the case. When you modify software, you test it completely before replacing the old one.
Your message is from this morning at 9:29 and no warning message from eBay.

I’m also going to be late with shipping and that tends to get on my nerves because I care about my service quality, which until now has been top-notch...
Companies with millions in revenue that can’t solve a developer problem when they must have a hundred of them on hand... A sham as usual...
If the problem isn’t solved tonight I’ll go directly through Packlink and will lose quite a bit of time and money. It’s really pissing me off...

I can confirm, eBay crashed yesterday and it was impossible to connect to the site via computer for 1 hour, I think that created a blockage on the Mondial Relay side for importing because it was impossible to log into the user account.
Hoping the problem gets resolved during the day.

I printed a Mondial Relay shipping label yesterday around 6 p.m.
but if you have your buyer’s details, clear your browser cache and history, log out, log back in and open Mondial Relay directly
and only use the eBay import when it works again
and don’t tell me it cost you 3 euros more

·5 months agoYes, yesterday at 6:00 PM it was still working, but it crashed around 8:00 PM.
I already tried clearing the browser cache - changing browsers, I tried everything....
So unfortunately if 3€ is 3€ euros ^^
When you make 20 sales a day, that comes to 60€
But it’s not necessarily the purchase price that’s the problem, it’s the warranty in case of loss.
If I go through eBay, my parcels are covered up to 25€ per parcel
through Packlink directly it’s 30€
through Mondial Relay it’s 50€
And as luck would have it, Mondial Relay is offering a -10% promo code...
Right when eBay decides to put in their new shipping system....
And personally I prefer to go directly through Mondial Relay because when I go through an intermediary I lose more time than anything else. and especially in the event of a lost parcel, the compensation is lower.
So yes, I’m going to do what I can, that’s for sure, but it’s costing me time, energy, and money.

hello, well, it’s my turn now, I’m stuck too, but not with ebay, with coincoin
so it’s a mess at mondial relay too
it’s easy to say it’s the other person’s fault when there are two people involved
we go from 7.99 euros to 11.19 euros and, as I advised, if it’s not sorted out by Sunday evening, I’ll have to pay the difference out of my own pocket
