Display bug: amount to pay for shipping

Hello,

I'm preparing a Mondial/Relay ebay shipment for a 640 gram parcel. The calculator shows a price of 3.99 euros corresponding to the rate and, when I click to validate the basket, Mondial Relay asks me for 5.49 euros. Is anyone else experiencing this problem (August 27, 2024)? Thanks

Hello

I made the same observation (I started a discussion thread about it). My complaint to Mondial Relay didn't go anywhere...they're telling me to turn to Ebay, without acknowledging a bug or a rate change.

Yes, I have the same issue as all eBay sellers! I called Mondial Relay twice and apparently it’s a bug since Tuesday afternoon and still not fixed by their services!

Hello, I have the same problem and this evening now I do have in the eBay import on Mondial Relay’s site the total of €5.49; in my opinion Mondial Relay must have raised its prices or else eBay is taking a cut when going through them because when I send without using the eBay import my parcel leaves at that point for €5.40 for a 1 kg parcel
