Delivered package wrong address
My order is marked as delivered on the Ebay site, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I can't file a claim on Ebay because the tracking says delivered. How do I report this on Ebay

·1 year ago"wrong address" = Specify whether it's the address that was indicated when you placed your order (see purchase history, order details) or whether it's a mistake by the seller when shipping (swapped packages), or even by the carrier during delivery.

OP1 year agoMondial Relais got the address wrong; could you give me an eBay email address so I can let them know. They noted in the order tracking that I was delivered, but that isn't the case at all and the seller doesn't reply to my messages. How do I file a complaint on eBAY

·1 year agoIf Mondial Relay got the pickup point wrong, I’m having a hard time understanding how the package could have been picked up by someone else, since you have to show an ID...
In any case, this issue concerns neither eBay nor the seller (status "delivered"): it’s between you and Mondial Relay, so check with their customer service to get an explanation as to how a third party was able to pick up a package that wasn’t in their name.

OP1 year agoHow come it's impossible to contact Ebay by email. They're the ones who noted on my tracking that my order was delivered.

you should know that the negotiated ebay / mondial relay rates lead to this kind of errors, I don't know how the delivery drivers identify the parcels but the parcel ends up at a pickup point that is not always the one chosen by the buyer
just look at the number of pickup points offered by ebay compared to those offered for the same address on the carrier's website
in any case you must have been informed that your parcel was waiting for you at another pickup point by now, this one has been sent back to its sender, contact them, with a lot of diplomacy you may be able to (for a fee) arrange a new shipment
otherwise you have lost everything

·1 year ago"how is it impossible to contact Ebay by email. they're the ones who noted on my tracking that my order has been delivered." = NO, package tracking comes from the carrier, and is updated automatically on the site, so it is indeed MR who marked the package as delivered.
To contact ebay customer service you have to use the contact links found all the way at the bottom of the help pages (the "help" section at the bottom right), but as already said it won't do you any good...
