change of delivery point for the delivery of a purchase on eBay and not case by case

Hello, the staff on the phone are unable to answer my question. I ordered and paid for an item on eBay; the seller decided to send it by Colissimo. By default, a pickup address with which I am in dispute was displayed. I would like this pickup relay not to appear anymore for future purchases. eBay's provider is Packlink, so I assume the problem comes from there. Sellers are not going to mess around with every shipment to find out whether the pickup relay is the right one. I am considering not buying anything else on eBay because of this. In my personal info, the only details are my home address. So at my level, there is apparently nothing to change. This is up to eBay. Best regards

- why not change your delivery address, since you have the option to...?
I didn’t understand why, for you, that wouldn’t work, when for others it does...
you might also need to clear your browser cache... that would help too.. maybe...
