Hello, I just sold an item but the buyer, who is 400 km from my home, accidentally chose hand delivery.
He gave me his mailing address at my request because he cannot come pick up the item at my place.
Can I still send him the item? How will payment work since there will be no proof of hand delivery?
I need his email address and mobile number so he can be notified when it arrives at the pickup point. Is that possible?
