MR cost at 3.99 for a 400-gram parcel
Hello
This morning I sent a 400g parcel via MR and I was charged 3.99 euros even though the MR interface clearly showed a cost of 2.99 euros.
I contacted Packlink to ask for an explanation and their answer was to send me the MR eBay rates, a tariff where it is clearly stated 2.99 euros for a parcel under 500g.
Has anyone else come across this problem?

Maybe go directly through MR > it might be readjusted

·1 year agoI contacted them and still no response from them.
If they did that to 1000 customers, all profit, never in another favor, that said we wouldn't have posted a message.
Moreover, frelonverre's comment would do better to refrain !!!!!

what does it matter, these few cents are charged roughly
to your customers and go through Mondial Relay at 4.30
