Package delivered to the relay point but the buyer isn't responding
I sold an item with free shipping, so it was on me.
The package has been at the pickup point for a while, but the buyer hasn’t come to pick it up. The package will be returned in 2-3 days.
What will happen, knowing that I paid the shipping costs out of my own pocket and I will never be reimbursed for them because I will never receive the money from the sold item.

Refunding is indeed a problem for free deliveries...
- but you made a choice and so you have to take responsibility....
As for the return....
- you receive the item... you contact the buyer to let them know they need to pay you an extra amount by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer in order to get their parcel back...
If there's no response, you'll refund them and put it back up for sale..
