Package that hasn't moved in 2 weeks

I ordered in the USA on December 14

and since December 18, it hasn't moved from the hub

I contacted the seller and he told me that it would move, but still nothing

Please wait a bit, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received ...

If you haven’t received it by the expected date, go to "EB guarantee" at the bottom of the page.
