Undelivered order

Hello, I ordered an item back in October 2023 that never arrived.

When I try to report the problem, it's impossible because it only lets me select items ordered within the last 90 days.

So my question is, how do I file a dispute with a seller for an order that's more than 90 days old?

Too late for the EB warranty.

If paid with PayPal, open a dispute on the site; if by credit card, see with your bank.
