"curved tomb chest on all sides in Louis XV style"
Summary: valerie1962valerie ordered a dresser via eBay but paid outside the platform to benefit from a fee-free payment in two installments. The dresser was not received, which calls the seller’s reliability into question. frelonverre advises contacting the seller directly to resolve the issue, but mentions that legal options or a trip to Burgundy could be considered. Anonymous User jokes about the idea of a trip to Burgundy, bringing up the region’s wines.
As of February 13, 2025, we ordered a chest of drawers entitled « serpentine chest of drawers in Louis XV style, finished on all sides » ref [Reference] visible on eBay under the username [Username]. we did not go through a payment via ebay in order to make a payment in two installments at no extra cost. To this day, we still have not received our chest of drawers. On ebay he seems serious, on his site in Burgundy a little less? What recourse is there in this case to recover the order

quick, the moderator to remove your seller’s identity (it is forbidden to mention that info)
in your case you completed a sale outside ebay so on that side there’s no recourse, I’d start by contacting him to find out why, and then there’s still the judicial route or the more forceful one with a trip to Burgundy

·1 year agoThe trip to Burgundy, sure, but without overdoing the wine, some of them pack a punch.
