Hello,

I made a handling mistake when sending a parcel by Mondial Relay. I paid twice for this shipment, namely €4.90 x 2 = €9.80. I therefore requested a refund of €4.90. To date, the parcel has been cancelled, No. 70379678, the recipient being [Coordonnées].

Could you tell me what happens next with this parcel, when it resumes its normal route.

Hello

You should call Mondial Relay, but if the shipment of the parcel is canceled, it seems to me that the parcel goes back to its starting point...
