Submission deadline not met
Hello, I bought an item at auction from a professional seller, and I paid for the item the same day. However, the seller should have sent me the item after 3 days. It has now been 4 working days and he still hasn't sent the item. I contacted him and he isn't replying. What should I do? Thanks for your answer

I very often see it said that the seller is not responding, I still find that strange, especially if it's a pro seller (who really don't want to get any "red" and who are supposed to respond to messages received), so maybe this seller simply isn't receiving your message.
Have you tried contacting them by email or phone (seller contact details section)?
Of course, if after email and/or phone there are still no replies and your item still hasn't been shipped, you can open a dispute for item not received.
