Hello, a package whose tracking hasn't changed since October 18 CE458763943US,processed through facilities in Chicago, The seller is asking me to be patient, does anyone have any info on where I could check, possibly blocked in France? Thanks in advance, regards
Thanks, that's what I think too, I called 3631, they opened a case after 5 days, the timeframe communicated by the operator, and still nothing, first time it's taken this long...
USPS is the equivalent of our Post Office and normally the package should have moved by now...
Given that you only have 30 days after the expected delivery date to open a dispute for an item not received or get help from the site, be very careful with the deadlines--------> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
After this deadline, and without any reaction from you, eBay will do nothing for you if you want to take action (after having done what the seller told you = wait..)

Check the tracking regularly and wait a bit longer ,it will eventually move .

Don’t worry about your seller’s "claims"....
