Hello, Recently, we have been posting listings with Mondial Relay shipping. We have had a lot of issues... As a result, most of the parcels are being sent back to us because buyers have not gone to collect them within the allotted time. Many buyers contact us asking us “where is my parcel”, “I haven’t received my parcel yet”, etc., thus showing that they don’t seem to be aware that they are ordering delivery via MR.... Others order fully aware of the chosen shipping method, but do not provide the relay point. I infer that it is therefore possible for a buyer to order shipping via MR without knowing it, and also to order an MR without choosing the relay point... These many returns lead to exchanges where we have to waste time explaining that they ordered delivery via MR, usually followed by disputes. In order to understand this recurring problem, I would like to know the chronological sequence of the different steps in the order process, and then of the various emails the buyer receives, in which it is clearly stated that they have ordered shipping via MR.
