eBay is asking me for proof of delivery to the address provided. Tracking shows delivered.
I sent a parcel with tracking showing delivered to Perpignan (66000)
But Ebay is asking me for proof of delivery to the address indicated as a Colissimo.
My item is worth no more than €40.
If we have to send Colissimo parcels for items under €40 even though the buyer didn’t pay any shipping fees, Ebay is taking us for cash cows.

you write-----> " If we have to send Colissimo parcels for items under €40 even though the buyer didn’t pay shipping, Ebay is taking us for cash cows."
Colissimo is a matter of volume, not value... not everything can be sent as a letter, tracked or not....
But when there is a dispute over an item that was "not delivered"... it is better for the seller to have proof that the item was indeed delivered to the right person and the right address (the one matching the address listed on the buyer’s account)...
Then ... as for free shipping...= it’s pure marketing... because someone has to pay for it, either through a higher price or as a promotional giveaway from the seller...
I’m afraid eBay sees the seller guarantee like this.. ---> = through proof... if you don’t provide it, you’ll be "punished"...
Best regards
