Hello everyone, I made a sale on eBay last week. From the eBay sales page, I generated the shipping label. eBay generated a Colissimo shipping label for me. I pay for the shipping label and stick it on the parcel. However, the buyer had asked for Mondial Relay. Now that I look more closely, it is indeed written that he had asked for Mondial Relay. So why did eBay generate a Colissimo shipping label for me? The buyer therefore wasn't able to collect their parcel, because the relay point did not accept the Colissimo parcel.
