UPS shipment to the United Kingdom via the Ebay platform and return for non-compliance | Delivery

Hello Hello, I sent a package to the United Kingdom after making sure I had all the information before shipping it.. And luckily I did because Ebay wasn't giving me the right info. So I was told I needed 3 signed invoices and the customs declaration slip taped inside a plastic pouch on the package, making sure the recipient's address, the customs code and the market value were clearly visible on it without having to take all the documents out of the pouch. That's what I did and in the end I got a message telling me that the package had not left France and that it was being sent back to me. What bad luck.. It's being shipped via UPS.. does anyone have an explanation? It's a collectible medal (value 70 e) and the customs code is the correct code.. Also, I wanted to check the amount of this delivery payment and I don't know where to find it on my profile, thanks for your help. Have a nice day
