Good evening everyone
I am selling an item via Mondial Relay delivery having seen in the tracking that the item has arrived but not been delivered
I contact the buyer through eBay messaging to tell him it's available, a few days later he contacts me and says he hasn't received it and now in the tracking it says returned to sender and he contacts me saying well it's not at the relay point
My question: I’m happy to refund him, but not the shipping costs I paid
Is that possible? Thanks for your answer(s)

Il semblerait que votre acheteur n'ait pas très bien compris la manoeuvre... recontactez-le pour lui dire que le colis est de retour chez vous et voir avec lui que faire---->
1) - remboursement du produit seul
2) - ajout de sa part d'un montant pour de nouveaux frais de port...
