Hello everyone.
I think I read that eBay has chosen Mondial Relay as its carrier.
Huge mistake. Going through them on lbc, wrong recipient, lost parcels and other issues over and over again!!!
And I know what I'm talking about!!!

·2 years agohello - The eb/Mrelay partnership has existed for a long time and at very good rates.
Don't make a general rule out of one experience. I ship almost everything by MR and I have had very few problems. It's reliable, fast and cheap, especially for international destinations.
I wouldn't say the same about our national Post Office, which delivers its colissimo and mail elsewhere and for them, delivered means delivered no matter where.

·2 years agoHello for 2 months m relay has been deteriorating ,for 5 purchases , 2 with mondial R pending for 15 days at the sorting center ,I consider them lost or diverted , 3 by our/national post/delivered safely in 3 days , m relay’s reply , wait ??????

When using online shopping sites, you should never forget that they don't all work the same way. That's true for deliveries, but not only that.
The first thing to do is to get well informed by reading the terms of use (the famous T&Cs). And if you're unsure, don't hesitate to come to the forum BEFORE doing anything at all (which I think you did) rather than coming here to rant or complain afterward.
The forum responders are customers, who do this voluntarily and share their experience. But of course we also have an interest: that it works as well as possible, because online shopping has now become impossible to do without. Try finding a haberdashery or a hardware store near you, just to see.... On the other hand, it makes it possible to get things we would never have hoped to find before... so...

well, I’ve been selling on these sites for years, I use Mondial Relay, which has gotten rid of these issues on its site, and I have no problems with Mondial Relay
I should point out, however, that since I don’t use secure payments, I don’t benefit from the negotiated rates between these sites and the carrier, so I print my shipping labels directly at MR

brilliant deduction, anyway by refusing paypal i wasn't selling anything anymore on this site where people, lobotomized by security, were rushing in like sheep toward secure payments

eBay has been offering Mondial Relay, among other carriers, for years.
On the site you mention, the seller receives a prepaid shipping label (and only collects payment for the item), on eBay the seller has to buy their own shipping label (and collects item + shipping), so it's not really comparable in terms of process: here the sellers control the choice of the destination pickup point and can verify the recipient's identity (label mix-up), not there.
That said, nothing obliges you to offer Mondial Relay on your listings... besides, you only offer Colissimo (the other site as well).
