It’s the non-Ukrainian carriers that have stopped deliveries to this destination. And then there are surely companies whose headquarters are in Ukraine and distribution warehouses based outside Ukraine. Ebay has only suspended exports to these countries: Belarus, Russia, Ukraine. Ebay does not forbid Ukrainians from selling on Ebay.
It’s the non-Ukrainian carriers that have stopped deliveries to this destination.
And then there are surely companies whose headquarters are in Ukraine and distribution warehouses based outside Ukraine.
Ebay has only suspended exports to these countries: Belarus, Russia, Ukraine.
