Prepayment shipping
I would like to buy an item in the United States, but the shipping costs quoted by eBay are exorbitant, €170 for an item worth €50. I contacted the seller who told me to provide him with a shipping prepayment. If anyone knows how to do this, thank you

The shipping pre-payment is a prepaid shipping slip... but it can only be done in the country’s currency.
But your seller is in the US... so it works with $.... you are in France with €.... so it’s incompatible...
This seller is taking you for a ride...
- Either you buy on his terms and pay his shipping costs...
- Or you look elsewhere.. (which might be + wise... given the request he made of you...)
It’s up to you to see whether the product is worth the total bill...
Best regards
