Charge shipping fees only

Hello

A buyer didn’t come to pick up the package, which was returned to me, and he wants me to send it back to him.

I would need to issue the buyer an invoice for the shipping costs only.

Does anyone know how to go about issuing such an invoice?

It’s simple...

You send them a request for the shipping amount and they pay you by paypal or otherwise... ( up to you )..

If they don’t want to pay you that way... you refund them the amount of the item only...
