Customs duties to pay

Hello, I just received an email from the post office asking me to pay customs fees for some of my purchases on ebay. So far, this had never happened to me. Checking the listings for my purchases, it says "Taxes and import fees may be required upon delivery of the item", so there, okay, that’s possible. However, for one of my purchases where I just paid the fees (it’s not the amount, €4, but it’s the principle), it says "No additional import fees upon delivery". So, what should I do? I couldn’t find how to notify ebay. Thank you for your help

Thanks for the info, but on the other hand, I don't see the option "Pay import fees now : select this option to pay all taxes and customs duties when completing the purchase" when I pay the invoice on ebay, do you know where it is? Thanks
