Impossible to pay for shipping via Mondial Relay without the buyer's email

Hello,

I sold a tripod, paid for quickly by the buyer, but I can't send it via Mondial Relay as planned, since I don't have the buyer's email and they aren't responding to my emails.

What solution do you have? Thank you in advance.

I’m having the same experience as you, and on top of that the buyer not only doesn’t respond to my requests for a phone number and email address, which have become mandatory for any shipping label, but he opens a dispute for item not received! I explain the situation to Ebay, which pretends not to understand, as always.

Thanks for your good advice! The problem is that the buyer, who doesn't see the point of giving their full contact details, which are mandatory for shipping, and seeing nothing arrive, starts a dispute procedure for item not delivered..., then Ebay blocks my account and my payments, which just happened to me... No matter how much I explain, prove it with the messages that count as evidence, Ebay acts like it doesn't understand anything and doesn't want to know! From now on, I’m going to state in my listings that full contact details are mandatory for delivery.

Thank you for your reply, but for postage via Colissimo with insurance for the item’s value, La Poste reasonably requires the phone number and email address.
