Shipping information disappearing!

I would like to know if I’m the only one experiencing this problem!
I ship my customers’ orders via the Mondial Relay carrier, through my Mondial Relay account.
Once the labels are created, I see the following information on the orders concerned:
- Order status as shipped
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
So far, everything is normal!
On the other hand, as soon as I go back to check the status of all my orders, I end up with orders shown as not shipped when they have been shipped.
I even have one order marked "shipment late" even though I entered the tracking number and carrier name several times because they disappeared!
I therefore had to contact customers, who confirmed that they had indeed received their order tracking number.
Could there be a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You did the right thing 👍 by communicating the tracking number to the buyers directly.
I checked, but we don't currently have any bug regarding adding the tracking number to orders.
I invite you to contact customer service so they can look into all of this in more detail with you. Because as a seller, the tracking number is what serves as your guarantee to be protected in the event of a dispute.

service because at this point, the account is completely blocked!
