I sold 2 items with Mondial Relay shipping only, and they're offering me Colissimo

I sold 2 items, both with delivery via Mondial Relay, but when I try to print and pay for the postage label, the only delivery option offered to me is Colissimo

What should I do, knowing that both buyers did select a Mondial Relay pickup point.

Good evening, I have the same problem too: the buyer selected a Mondial Relay point for delivery, except that when validating the postage, it turned out to be a Colissimo. The problem is that I validated it and now I end up with a Colissimo label for a Mondial Relay shipment. What should I do? Thanks
