I never received the thigh-high boots

Hello,
I bought a pair of thigh-high boots on e-bay.
I asked the seller a question:

"Yesterday I sent you a message following my purchase of your boots, paid for by credit card.I never heard back from you. I am waiting for your reply."
She never replied to me.
That said, even if it says "sold" I never received the boots.
What is the solution?

Purchase on 22/2, estimated delivery between 2 and 5/3.
(and you've already left a negative review ??? 😱)
You'll have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed (so 6/3) before you can open a dispute for item not received:
