The Colissimo label issued by the platform can't be scanned at the post office
The Colissimo label issued by the platform cannot be scanned at the post office. Ella tried everything to enter it and the post office does not recognize my label. What should I do? I asked to be called back and no one is calling me back

next time, don’t go through packlink, print your colissimo labels on the post office website
and to send it this time, make a new label at the post office

of course you pay shipping twice, because by the time Packlink refunds you, your buyer will have opened a dispute, gotten their money back, and left you a negative
you paid Packlink, get reimbursed by them

Au pire vous annulez le bordereau et vous l'achetez directement au guichet de La Poste (il suffira de noter ensuite le N° de suivi sur la commande ebay).
