The buyer received the package, but he says the product isn't inside and that it was replaced
Summary: noqu0128-t6xzeotl explains that they sent a product via Mondial Relay and are facing a claim from the buyer, who says the product was replaced with a piece of wood. noqu0128-t6xzeotl doubts the buyer’s good faith, since their account is recent and has no feedback. koalagris replies that in the event of a dispute over non-compliant delivery, it will be difficult to prove the original contents of the package, and shares a link to eBay’s instructions for handling such cases.
Hello, I sent a product via Mondial Relay with a tracking number, the parcel is shown as delivered on the tracking.
The buyer has filed a claim and tells me they received the parcel but that I must have scammed them or that the product inside must have been stolen by a third party and replaced with a piece of wood.
I explained to the buyer that if they suspected the parcel had been opened, they should not have accepted the delivery and that I couldn’t do anything more.
The buyer’s account has 0 reviews and is very recent, so I strongly doubt their good faith.
What else can I do?

Unfortunately, if the buyer opens a dispute for non-conforming delivery, it will be more than complicated to prove what was in the package to begin with...
