Hello, I sold an item to an American buyer on June 20, it arrived on the 27th, but the buyer did not pick it up and, according to him, it would be in return transit.
We are now July 21 and I still have not received the parcel back.
The buyer has already contacted me to send the parcel back to him at his expense when the time comes. However, the parcel is still not here.
What happens if the parcel does not come back?

Is it possible to make a new direct sale for them?

The payment of the new shipping fees cannot be made via eBay.
Check with the buyer to agree on a direct payment method (bank transfer, cheque, PayPal, etc)
And you'll buy the shipping label on the carrier's website.

You are required to refund the buyer and then deal with the carrier for compensation if the parcel is lost and/or damaged.
