I sent a package via Mondial Relay to Italy, I have the drop-off proof and a photocopy of the shipping slip, but it still hasn’t arrived after 15 days. The buyer is threatening to file a dispute and asking for a refund. It’s in no way my fault and I don’t see why it should be up to me to pay when I did everything right, sent it on time and to the correct address. What should I do? Thanks in advance

The seller is responsible for the proper delivery of the order; if there’s a hiccup, they must reimburse the buyer and turn to the carrier to be compensated.

if the buyer opens a dispute for item not received and the estimated delivery date has passed, they will win the case.
You can't do anything.
