Hello!I have an issue with a delivery to Mexico. On April 13, someone from Mexico bought an item from me. I sent it out quickly, respecting the announced delivery times, with tracking and by properly filling out the customs declaration. I immediately uploaded the tracking number on eBay and notified the buyer. The expected delivery date for May 15 has passed and the item still hasn’t been delivered. On May 24 the buyer opens a dispute for an item not received. I check the parcel status on eBay: "Your shipment has just left its country of origin". I check again on the post office website and there it says something else - on May 24 "Your shipment has arrived in the recipient's country". The parcel is therefore in customs clearance. I immediately notify the buyer, attaching print screens from the post office website, but he does not reply. The dispute is still ongoing.Today Ebay sends me an email saying that I have until May 30 to either provide proof that the parcel was delivered, or refund the buyer, otherwise they will intervene. If they intervene I think they will refund the buyer automatically and will take their commission from me too.... and then the buyer will receive his parcel....Have you had a similar experience and maybe some advice on what I should do in this situation?Thanks in advance!
