Delivery to a pickup point 900 km from my home.

Hello,

I ordered an item and by default it was sent to a Mondial Relay drop-off point, which I refuse to use. Since the selected pickup point is 900km from my home, how can I cancel the sale and have the parcel returned to the sender?

you can’t cancel it, you just need to wait until the deadline is over and open a dispute for item not received after that

now, for such an error to be possible, you must have messed up your delivery address badly
