international delivery
hello
I would like to buy an item in the United States, which says it cannot be delivered in France (car window) or to check with the seller.
The seller tells me that everything goes through Ebay's international hub in Kentucky and to check with them for shipping costs.
But how can I contact them?

It’s not up to you to deal with the carrier, but with your seller.
The reply he gave you fits very well with the fact that he doesn’t deliver to France... and shipping a car window could turn it into a puzzle...
eBay’s delivery platform is Pitney Bownes... (https://www.pitneybowes.com/us)
See with them whether they agree to give you some info (which would let you win over your seller... maybe....)

I think it would be better to give up... and look for another seller, unless this one has exclusive rights to resell parts for a vehicle brand (which would be "surprising" all the same... )
Check other sites on the web...

OP2 years agoBut I think I’m going to go for custom windows, which I think will cost less or about the same once you factor in the fees and the parts.

That seems like a reasonable decision. Have you thought about contacting a classic car collectors' club to ask them for nice addresses in France?
