Delivery not received and package destroyed
Summary: adex35190 explained that she sent a power supply to the United States for repair, but the package never came back, even though she was refunded for the service. The seller says the package was destroyed by eBay and denies all responsibility. lingma85 advises that the seller is responsible for the shipment until it is received by the buyer. adex35190 then asks for advice on how to contact eBay customer service, to which *miss-tigri* replies by providing a link to request a callback from customer support.
Hello,
After sending a power supply for repair to the US, the package never came back.
I was refunded for the service but not for the value of the power supply.
The seller declines all responsibility since he shipped his package, here is what he replied to me:
I did not issue the refund: eBay refunded you directly. They also sent me a message about this (see the attached screenshots). Your power supply was repaired and sent back, but a problem occurred at eBay's international center. Apparently, they destroyed the package because they couldn't resend it to your address in France.
Who should I contact in this case?
Thank you

·8 months agoHello @adex35190
Who should you contact...??
It’s the seller who is responsible for their shipments... all the way into the hands of the buyer..
They’re the one who needs to take the necessary steps with the parcel processing center, since they’re also the one who took responsibility for going through this service...
Don’t let them push you around.
Kind regards
