Delivery systematically blocked since the beginning of 2024 coming from (in my case) the USA | Delivery

So, I’ve been a buyer and seller on eBay since 2020. Before, when I bought from the United States, I received my packages in about 13 days on average, with delivery included between 13 days and a maximum of 15/18 days, really coming from the USA! Since the beginning of January 2024, it’s been a disaster. All my packages coming from the United States have been systematically blocked, either at the eBay center or at customs. A real disaster! All the tracking stops as soon as they arrive at the eBay center, and nothing moves after that. When you call La Poste, Acienda, DHL, eBay, it’s always the same song and dance: blah blah, we give you a case number, blah blah blah! My question is this: how is it that packages coming from the USA have been systematically blocked since January 2024? Once, that can happen, twice, it seems odd, but then three, four, and five times, that’s worrying. Don’t tell me the five different buyers are idiots, because some of them have sold more than 5,000 items, and I doubt they had 5,000 items blocked. I don’t understand what’s going on, because the problem seems to be linked to eBay. After opening five disputes in a row, I can understand that eBay is wondering what’s going on with this buyer. In my case, it’s systematically blocked, whether at the eBay center or at customs. What should be done? and last remark it’s mostly with " Acienda " and DHL
